Hired Hands is an EP of beautiful melodies featuring vocalist Rick Paul. Rick Paul and Michael Wahl Berardi have been writing together for years and Hired Hands is a small sample of their work. Rick's vocal lines weave tapestry with Michael's two-hand tapping guitar. We hope you enjoy it.

'Under The Moon' was written by Michael Wahl Berardi and Rick Paul in 2000. Later that year the song was recorded live in the studio by Michael Wahl Berardi on guitar, John Benussi on bass, David Mark Baker on drums, with Rick Paul on vocals.
'Ordinary Day' was written by Rick Paul and recorded in 2001. With Rick Paul on steel string acoustic and vocals, Michael Wahl Berardi on nylon string acoustic and Dave Mark Baker on drums.
'If We Dare' was written by Michael Wahl Berardi and Rick Paul in 1980 and originally recorded by Michael and Rick at that time. The version on the 'Hired Hands' EP was recorded live in the studio in 1989 with Michael Wahl Berardi on guitar, John Benussi on bass, David Mark Baker on drums, and Rick Paul on vocals
'Just A Little Girl' was written by Michael Wahl Berardi in 2001. The song was written, played and recorded live in the studio at the end of a long recording session by Michael Wahl Berardi on guitar and David Mark Baker on drums. Michael still doesn't remember writing and playing the song.
'Walk Away' was written by Michael Wahl Berardi and Rick Paul in 1980. An earlier version of the song entitled 'Alana' was written and recorded by Michael and Rick in 1978 but the master tapes were destroyed. The reincarnated version was recorded live in the studio by Michael Wahl Berardi on guitar, John Benussi on bass, David Mark Baker on drums, and Rick Paul on vocals.
